Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive compliance consulting services to investment advisers, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain customized compliance programs for diverse clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits, providing recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
• Facilitate training sessions to educate clients on compliance matters, enhancing their knowledge and capabilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that clients are informed and prepared for compliance adherence.
• Collaborate with a team of compliance professionals to develop innovative solutions and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on investment advising.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state securities laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
